Our Story

Established in 2014

Tucker’s was conceptualized and founded in 2014. We were already restaurant veterans; having worked in, managed, and owned restaurants for most of our working lives. Our collective experience taught us a lot about what the ideal restaurant would look like: a place that put the team first, and that above all, created a positive environment for everyone involved - team members, guests, partners, and investors.

After opening the doors of our first location in Hooksett, NH in 2014, it was clear from the beginning that we had created something special. We could see it in the expressions of our customers and the dedication of our amazing team. We knew that there were other communities in the Granite State that would benefit from a place like Tucker’s.

In 2015, we opened the second location in our hometown of New London. Our team embraced our growth, and gave us the confidence that we needed to open more locations.

We continued to put down roots across the state, opening our Concord location in 2016 and Dover location in 2017. In the 2019, we had the opportunity to open our Merrimack location - the first location built from the ground up. In 2021, we opened our sixth and largest location to date in Bedford. Along the way, we have formed and fostered partnerships with local farmers, growers, and makers.

Our success is a byproduct of the tremendous dedication and support of our team and our local partners. Tucker’s will continue to grow, only if we are able to continue to strengthen our team and our local partnerships. That is our ethos, that is our core. We are thrilled that you have made the decision to be a part of it.

In 2014 we opened the doors of our first location alongside our original crew of great people. Since then we’ve grown and the team has gotten a lot bigger but we haven’t changed. We want everyone who walks through our doors to leave feeling brighter than when they walked in.
